Shalash is an active partner and the Managing Director of Global Management Services. Shalash has over 35 years of experience in the areas of accounting, Auditing, Finance, Banking and Human Resources Management gained in the sectors of pharmaceuticals, Banking, Oil & Gas and Management Consultancy.Shalash obtained his BA degree in Accounting in 1975 and held several senior management positions in the multinational environment in Egypt and abroad such as Squibb Pharmaceuticals, Dar El Maal El Islamic Banking Corp., Schlumberger and Thrust Management Consultants.

Bashar is a seasoned coach, facilitator, trainer and management consultant with over 32 years of experience in diverse business areas. His organizational and personal development approaches are successfully implemented for national and multinational entities in the Middle East, Europe, the Far East and South America. Bashar earned an Honors degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Sheffield in the UK.
