Social Compliance

Purpose 

The purpose of this Social Compliance Policy is to outline Global Management Services' commitment to ethical practices, social responsibility, and compliance with labor laws and human rights standards. This policy aims to ensure a safe, fair, and respectful workplace for all employees, contractors, and stakeholders. 

Scope 

This policy applies to all employees, management, contractors, suppliers, and business partners of Global Management Services across all locations and operations. 

Policy Statements Labor Rights 

  • Child Labor: Global Management Services prohibits the use of child labor in any form. We comply with all applicable laws regarding the minimum age for employment.
  • Forced Labor: We do not tolerate forced, bonded, or indentured labor. All employment is voluntary, and employees have the right to leave their jobs freely.
  • Discrimination: We are committed to providing equal opportunities in hiring, promotion, and training without discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or any other status protected by law.

 Implementation 

This policy will be communicated to all employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders. We will review and update the policy periodically to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with changing laws and standards. 

Reporting Violations 

Employees are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this policy to their supervisor or the designated compliance officer. Reports can be made anonymously if preferred, and all reports will be investigated thoroughly.
